At first this explained why my image would have been on an imood acct and images of me on a bio page associated with "Jade's" weblog until I saw that she still had access of the weblog and was updating it.
So that's all I choose to post here about it. This site isn't here to figure out the situtaion. It's to make sure people know what has happened."

Well Katy emailed this person to tell her to stop getting into the middle of the situation because, this person was just making it worse. Well my exboyfriend had traced her IP, and we stated that in one of our many emails. And thats when she (this Kathy) stopped emailing me back."
Here's where her first string of lies start in. First of all, the girl's name is JADE. KATHY is her real name, what her bio parents named her. She's a twin. Got that? Good. Also, this is where she admits that she goes online and gets people after others online. Yes, I have screen pictures of that. They'll be up soon. She lies here, because there was a total of one EMAIL that was sent between her and Jade. And it was from a default address, one that's no longer used by Jade, and was opened to prevent stalking. "Katy" AKA Jenifer, never emailed anyone at this time. She started her threats with James around Christmas. And if she'd done a good job tracing IPs, why did she get the ISP wrong? Hmmmm.... Looks like she'd have gotten the ISP in LONDON, ENGLAND where Jade was in April 2001.
"Well things I thought blew over and Katy and I stopped fighting basically all because this girl interferred. And we left each other alone.
Well saturday i get an email from Katy (--------.com) who tells me, someone imed her with some info that someone has been using her screen name "Katy [shithead]" and her pictures, and stuff. And while she was searching for things with her name under them, she found some pictures that were stored of me on this webpage (and actually one of sable that I got the person to remove) they didn't tell me why they were on there, and this site that mentions a "Tamara" but she didn't know if it had anything to do with me. And one site with my old bio on it that had been slightly changed to fit this girls personality. (but not by much)"
Here's where the lies start to get bazzar. NO ONE emailed Bonnie, who runs the IMAGE SOURCE on Earthlink. She took the images down on her own because they weren't linked any more. And the "site" that had Tamara's bio? That was a typed version of Jade's application for PlayBoy... Something that I'm more then sure that Stalker #2 will never have to worry about ever filling out.

The same person said that a woman named "Jana" was the one who suggested the subaccount "kathyaction" where the images of me were found and was the person who was had them hosted there. As for the reasoning that my images were linked in relation to this "Jade" person's things is very unclear.
The same person said that "Jana" had hacked into their weblogs and such, writing fake things and whatever. At first this explained why my image would have been on an imood acct and images of me on a bio page associated with "Jade's" weblog until I saw that she still had access of the weblog and was updating it.
So that's all I choose to post here about it. This site isn't here to figure out the situtaion. It's to make sure people know what has happened."

It seems as though no one is interested in either of you. No one online is signing anything. Here's where her first string of lies start in. First of all, the girl's name is JADE. KATHY is her real name, what her bio parents named her. She's a twin. Got that? Good. Also, this is where she admits that she goes online and gets people after others online. Yes, I have screen pictures of that. They'll be up soon. She lies here, because there was a total of one EMAIL that was sent between her and Jade. And it was from a default address, one that's no longer used by Jade, and was opened to prevent stalking. "Katy" AKA Jenifer, never emailed anyone at this time. She started her threats with James around Christmas. And if she'd done a good job tracing IPs, why did she get the ISP wrong? Hmmmm.... Looks like she'd have gotten the ISP in LONDON, ENGLAND where Jade was in April 2001.
"Well things I thought blew over and Katy and I stopped fighting basically all because this girl interferred. And we left each other alone.
Well saturday i get an email from Katy (--------.com) who tells me, someone imed her with some info that someone has been using her screen name "Katy [shithead]" and her pictures, and stuff. And while she was searching for things with her name under them, she found some pictures that were stored of me on this webpage (and actually one of sable that I got the person to remove) they didn't tell me why they were on there, and this site that mentions a "Tamara" but she didn't know if it had anything to do with me. Here's where the lies start to get bazzar. NO ONE emailed Bonnie, who runs the IMAGE SOURCE on Earthlink. She took the images down on her own because they weren't linked any more. And the "site" that had Tamara's bio? That was a typed version of Jade's application for PlayBoy... Something that I'm more then sure that Stalker #2 will never have to worry about ever filling out.

You might have contacted AOL (physically or mentally, whichever, we're not sure... you probably aren't either), but they never contacted us. They probably wrote you off as the "cry baby" that you are and went on. And since when is it illegal for anyone to publish the hatemail and stick up for their friends? How about no action, because you have no solid proof? How about details that were MADE UP? No lawyer in the world will take this case. Oh, and no, you haven't done anything to Jade except hounded her website with you and your little "friends", and send her death threats, and send her supporters viruses. No one cares about you, your internet site, or anything else. I guess that since this is almost two months old, nothing LEGAL is going to come of it. You need REAL names, REAL addresses, and most of all, REAL information about people before you can press charges on them. That's who's pictures were on the "site" that you found and thought was real. It was a fan site. You'll be laughed out of the court room. IF you can get a lawyer to touch this case. And as for your little cell phone and purse deal, James has proof of where he was when we all went to Nevada. There was a horseback competetion, and he was among one of the many in the van on the road trip. By all means, prosecute the person who stole your "things" (again, Tamara, make sure that they were really there to begin with), but I think that you'll find that they were two different people. You'll never be believed again by any legal attourneys (unless you suck their dicks) or cops. Even if they see you getting mugged, murdered or raped (if there are any rapists that hard up out there) in broad daylight. Which is amusing to all of us.

It's true. They may have "changed" their sites, but that doesn't make what they did right. They haven't apologized for all the hate mail and harrassment that we got over this.
